R e s t a u r a n t
We provide none other than Tuscan and Mediterranean delicacies. Being life-long vegetarians, we have developed a cuisine rich with nature's bounty, to invigorate the palate and promote a healthy body, mind and heart. We bake all our bread, cookies and cakes in a handcrafted firewood oven. Our breads are raised with sourdough to avoid the usage of yeast. All our products are prepared with organic ingredients. We do not use any genetically modified foods. Upon request, we will prepare dishes suitable for special dietary needs (as in the case of allergies).
