O u r - P r o d u c t s
As spring awakens we sow a large garden that produces a wide variety of vegetables and grains. Often on weekends we sell our products in organic markets around the country. Our kitchen is equiped with a traditional firewood oven where we prepare an assortment of bread, cookies, cakes, salted pastries and of course, the Italian pizza. We gather the medicinal herbs that grow freely in the neighboring valleys and blend them to prepare our own teas and simple remedies for friends and family. During the summer season we pick wild fruits and berries and make delicious jams, full of goodness.
